How to submit a cancellation request
Provide the passenger name, booking reference, affected flights, reason for cancellation and a reachable contact. If several passengers share one booking, state clearly who is cancelling.

Act before departure
Do not assume that missing the flight has the same effect as cancelling it. A no-show can create additional penalties, cancel later flights in the same itinerary or remove remaining ticket value. Contact us as soon as you know you cannot travel.

Visa refusal and personal emergencies
A visa refusal, illness or other emergency does not automatically override a fare rule. Some airlines may consider a documented exception, but approval and evidence requirements are controlled by the airline. Travel insurance may offer separate cover if the event falls within the policy.

If the airline cancels or materially changes a flight, send us the notice. We will check the options offered for the booking, which may include an alternative itinerary, credit or refund. The available remedy depends on the airline, route and applicable passenger-protection rules.
