01

Good to know

Tourpochele uses a consultant-reviewed process. We first understand the journey, then compare relevant options and explain the conditions before any ticket is issued.

02

Step 1: Tell us where you are going

Submit your departure point, destination, dates, passenger count and travel purpose. Mention any non-negotiable timing, such as a visa appointment, university reporting date, medical appointment, meeting or wedding.

03

Step 2: We review practical route options

We look beyond the headline fare. Depending on the journey, we compare total travel time, connection airports, baggage allowance, fare flexibility and possible transit-document considerations. Availability and prices can change while the search is taking place.

04

Step 3: You receive a clear quotation

Your quotation should identify the airline, route, travel dates, cabin, quoted total, baggage information made available by the airline, quote validity and key change or cancellation conditions. If more than one option is suitable, we explain the practical difference.

A quote is not a ticket. The seat and fare remain subject to availability until payment is received, verified and the ticket is issued.

05

Step 4: You approve the option and payment method

Read the passenger names, route, dates and conditions carefully. Passenger names must match the travel documents intended for the journey. Once you approve the option, we confirm the accepted payment method and deadline. Never send a PIN or password to an agent.

06

Step 5: We verify payment and issue the ticket

After eligible funds are received and the selected fare is still available, we complete ticketing. If the fare changes before ticketing, we will tell you and request fresh approval; we will not silently charge a different amount.

07

Step 6: You receive your travel documents

We send the electronic ticket or itinerary receipt and identify the next checks. Review every name, flight number, date, airport and baggage detail immediately. Tell us promptly if anything appears incorrect.

08

Step 7: We help you prepare

Use the Tourpochele travel checklist to review passport validity, visas, transit rules, health documentation, baggage, airport arrival time and destination arrangements. Requirements remain the traveller’s responsibility, but we help identify what should be checked with official authorities.

09

Step 8: We remain available

If plans change, contact us as early as possible. We can explain the rules attached to the ticket and submit an eligible request to the airline or supplier. Fees, fare differences, timelines and outcomes are controlled partly or entirely by those suppliers.

What confirmation means

A booking is confirmed only when Tourpochele has issued a ticket or written confirmation and supplied the relevant reference. A form submission, WhatsApp conversation, payment instruction, quotation or provisional reservation is not by itself a confirmed ticket.
