Good to know
Flight planning around your academic dates
Tell us the official reporting date, recommended arrival window and destination address—not only the city. We will look for practical options while considering connection time, arrival hour, baggage and the distance from the arrival airport to the institution.
Support for first-time flyers
We can explain the journey from check-in to arrival: where checked baggage goes, what happens during a connection, how to read the itinerary and what to keep in hand luggage. The student should still follow the current instructions of the airline and airport staff on the day of travel.
What students should compare
- Checked and cabin baggage allowance.
- Number and length of connections.
- Whether airport changes are involved.
- Arrival time and onward transport.
- Change rules if a visa or reporting date moves.
- Whether any genuine student-fare benefit is available for the selected route.
Student fares and additional baggage are not available on every airline or date. They must be confirmed for the actual ticket before payment.
Student travel checklist
Keep your passport, visa or study permission, admission letter, accommodation details, financial or sponsorship documents, important contacts and any required health records accessible. Verify every requirement with the institution, airline and official immigration source.
Optional arrival support
Where available, Tourpochele can help request accommodation and airport-transfer options. These services are separately confirmed and should never be assumed to be included in the flight price.
